Ingredients

1kg Chicken (small pieces)
1 Onion (long chopped)
1/2 grated coconut
1 small container wet cashews
2 inches ginger
1 small bowl coriander
2 teaspoon tumeric
35 gms  Kokan Bazar Malvani Masala
2 big spoons of oil
1 big spoon of ghee (clarified butter)
1 Green chilly
1 finely chopped Onion
salt as per taste

Preparation

Take chicken pieces and marinate it with turmeric, salt, ginger and green chilly
Set aside

Fry the chopped onions till they are golden brown
Add grated coconut and fry till it is golden brown
Grind it using a mixer into a fine paste

Steps
In a pan add oil, add finely chopped Onion fry it till it’s golden brown in colour.  Add the above marinated chicken and let it cook on small flamed gas for 10 minutes (do not add water)
Add Kokan Bazar Malvani Masala and wet cashews
Fry till the oil separates, add the onion and Coconut paste.
Add water as per requirement (restrict it to 1 glass of water) and cook on low flame gas.
While taking the pan off the gas, add one spoon of ghee.

Tip
Do not cook chicken in cooker.
