Kokan Bazar Kadboli is a savoury snack item especially prepared during Diwali. It has a unique crunchy texture, and the ingredients used in its preparation are Rice, Gram Dal, Bajra, Urad Dal, Edible Veg Oil, Jowar, Wheat and Moong Dal. It also consists of Ajwain, Chilli Powder, and Asafoetida.
