- We offer free shipping for orders above INR 1999 for deliveries in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. For orders under or equal to INR 1999, there is a shipping charge as per delivery location
- Same-day dispatch for pre-paid orders placed before 10 AM.
- COD available on orders between INR 499 and INR 1,999. The COD service will incur a charge of INR 199 payable at checkout.
- Products supplied by us are available for shipping across India. We use a third-party logistics provider for deliveries.
- The delivery time is 2 to 7 business days from date of order.
- We shall do our best to ensure we meet the delivery date as stated in your shipping confirmation mail in conjunction with our logistics partner.
- Products will be shipped to the shipping address specified in the order and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take receipt of the products.
- Our logistics partner will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you. However, if the delivery fails across multiple efforts, your purchase will be deemed as ‘cancelled’ and a fresh order will be issued with delivery charges pending confirmation with you.
- Your placement of an order authorises us to accept the signature of another person present at your address and deliver the products to them on your behalf or leave the products in a safe place/with a neighbour.
