Kokan Bazar Jowar Atta (Sorghum Flour) is high in protein content, and is an excellent source for fibre. Jowar is a complex carbohydrate (sourced from the Solapur region of Maharashtra), naturally gluten-free, and helps regulate bodily functions. This Atta is low in gluten, preservatives-free, and is made in small batches to preserve freshness for longer. Jowar Atta is mostly used as a thickener in Indian Curries (instead of cornflour), in dough for Bhakris, Chapatis, and Rotis (Indian flatbreads), and tastes best with a spoonful of fresh Kokan Bazar Ghee.
