Recipe / Usage :
Sweet Red Rice Flakes (Traditional Style)
- Lightly rinse the flakes and soak briefly
- Add warm milk, grated jaggery and a pinch of cardamom
- Finish with chopped Kokan Bazar’s Vengurla Cashews and a spoon of Desi Cow Ghee
Savory Option:
Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilies and Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. Garnish with grated coconut
Serve with Kokan Bazar’s Lemon Pickle
