Kokan Bazar: Refunds and Returns Policy

Kokan Bazar is committed to providing high customer satisfaction through quality products and reliable service. As we work with external logistics and warehousing partners and deal with products that have a specific shelf life, we request our customers to adhere to the following terms:

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. No refunds will be provided.

Damaged Product on Delivery

  • If a product is found to be damaged in its packaging upon delivery, the customer may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Process for replacement:
    1. Send an email to kokanbazarstore@gmail.com (CC: sanjay.a.k@hotmail.com) with clear pictures of the damaged packaging.
    2. If the evidence confirms packaging damage, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.

Missing Product in Order

  • If any product is missing from the delivered order, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Process for missing product claims:
    1. Send an email to kokanbazarstore@gmail.com (CC: sanjay.a.k@hotmail.com) mentioning the missing product(s). Attach a video of the unboxing process and pictures of all sides of the delivery box to check for signs of tampering.
    2. If either our warehouse CCTV footage confirms that the product was not packed or there is clear evidence of tampering, we will send the missing product at no extra cost.

Quality Issues with Delivered Products

  • If a product has a quality issue, the customer may request a replacement within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Process for quality-related replacements:
    1. Send an email to kokanbazarstore@gmail.com (CC: sanjay.a.k@hotmail.com) with clear pictures of the issue and the batch code of the product.
    2. If a review of the provided evidence and a batch sample check confirm a quality issue, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Pricing and Order Errors

  • Kokan Bazar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that contain incorrect pricing, discounts, or any other typographical errors.
  • If such an order has already been confirmed and charged, a full refund will be processed.

Customer Agreement

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by this Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy and shall not hold Kokan Bazar liable for any losses arising from order cancellations, returns, refunds, or replacements.
