Kokan Bazar Red Rice has a high fibre and Vitamin B1 content and is wholly organic. The mineral rich red rice gets its colour from its antioxidant properties. These antioxidants are beneficial for immunity building and increasing haemoglobin. It also increases stamina and improves digestion with regular consumption.
Kokan Bazar Red Rice is partially hulled and has a lovely, nutty flavour. As with any red rice, it is essential to soak the rice first and then cook it through till it becomes sticky.
